Adult CrossFit Group Classes
Come see what all the hype is about. Our group classes are diverse and fun. These 1 hour, instructor led classes will give you a great workout using a combination of olympic weightlifting, bodyweight, and gymnastics movements.
Adult Personal Training
Are group classes not for you? Schedule one-on-one training sessions to help you reach your goals. These can be scheduled when you are available and feature personal coaching in one hour increments.
We are proud to be one of the only CrossFit Kids Affiliates in the area. We are now offering 4 group classes, for 4 different levels of kids. Our programs are geared towards teaching kids the primary CrossFit movements, introducing olympic weightlifting, and having fun! These classes are separate from our adult classes and we are sure your kid will love them.
This is a 1-hour CrossFit class geared towards athletes 55 and older. This class consists of modified functional movements and includes a WOD or Workouts of the Day as well as nutrition tips and resources.
We are currently offering a Summer introductory class, starting June 28 for $75. This 6-week session, offers a challenging modified CF class every Saturday at 9am. This session will run from June 28 – Aug 2 from 9-10am every Saturday. Click here to purchase this offer.
Rowfit utilizes the benefits of the low-impact rowing machine with body weight movements including burpees, pull-ups, push-ups, squats and core training in a high intensity interval circuit or a long chipper style WOD . This is a great class for all levels of fitness. This is a “barbell-free” class.
During this time, unlimited members may come in and utilize all of our equipment to work on mobility, olympic weightlifting, CrossFit, Rowing, or general strength work. This is a great time for members to work on added skill or put in extra training to reach their fitness goals.
These classes are scheduled throughout the year. This classes are 1 hour long and combine swimming and body weight movements at the Gig Harbor High School pool.
These classes are scheduled throughout the year. During this 1 hour class, we combine multiple mobility exercises to help increase flexibility, range of motion, and increase recovery with our athletes.
