Anyone can do CrossFit. The common misconception is that you need to be in shape to start. That is not true at Waypoint CrossFit. All workouts are scalable for every level, regardless of your age or ability. Our classes are filled with athletes at all levels and we make it easy for you to get started. With that said, our programming is not easy. We focus on good form and our classes are created to push you to your limit. Our programming, class structure, and top notch coaching makes us the best at what we do!

Do Your Homework

We advice everyone to do their homework before starting out. Research your options and then ask around. Every gym is not alike, and that is even true for CrossFit gyms. Although we are all doing “CrossFit”, we are allowed to run our business however we one.

FREE Intro Session

Are you interested in trying out these workouts you have been hearing so much about? Schedule a complimentary 1-hour intro session with us at your convenience. During this time we will go over your fitness goals, tour the building, share our philosophy, coaching and class structure, pricing, and put you through a baseline workout. Group Classes

Once you have completed the Free Intro class and our Fundamentals class you are all set to join group classes. Group classes are offered Sun-Sat, at different times throughout the day. These classes are an hour long and meant to make you stronger, faster, and more agile. As a member of Waypoint CrossFIt you are welcome to come to any class listed on our schedule. Our classes are diverse in age and ability levels and are offered in a supportive, positive environment.
