CrossFit is a principal strength and conditioning program for men and women, and is designed for universal scalability, i.e., designed for all individuals regardless of physical ability, experience or age. The popularity of CrossFit, a group based fitness concept, featuring short but intense workouts, has soared in popularity across the United States.
Despite its intensity, programs for middle age to seniors are now in demand. In response to the growing interest for this age group, Waypoint CrossFit has introduced a program to fit the demographic. Despite the intense nature of most WODs (Work Out of the Day), WaypointCF has designed routines that are modified for all ages and physical abilities.
Since the start of our Silver Nanos Program it has continued to grow and has become our most popular program. We now have 8 Silver Nanos Classes per week! What started as a CrossFit program for our older members, has grown to a fun, supportive class that is geared towards those looking to workout with their friends and to not be worried about how much weight they lift or what variation of the movements they do.
