Crossfit is the most comprehensive fitness regiment in the world. In any given workout you will do anything from weightlifting to gymnastics, and running to rope climbing. It is not like anything you have experienced before and nothing like what you might find at your typical “globo” gym, or tradition gym. CrossFit is filled with movements that are functional and applicable to every day life. Our classes are unpredictable, just like life and will help prepare you to be be more successful in your day to day life.
